Family-friendly amenities include a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair available upon request for an additional fee. In-unit washer/dryer is available. Utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay. The West Village draws fashionable crowds to its designer boutiques and trendy restaurants. Quaint streets, some still cobblestoned, are lined with Federal-style townhouses and dotted with public squares. Notable venues include the Village Vanguard jazz club and the Stonewall Inn bar, site of the 1969 riots that launched the gay rights movement. The historically arty area also has piano bars, cabarets, and theaters. This property only allows a 6-month term minimum, up to 12-24 months. Furnished lease is preferred. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. You will either be personally greeted by a member or provided with self check-in instructions. A full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days for reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair.
