Renters must complete a guest card listing each guest’s name to access amenities, with a $30 processing fee required prior to arrival. While the pass grants access to most recreational facilities, additional usage fees apply for amenities such as pools, lakes, fitness centers, tennis, and golf. Note that the Bella Vista POA Member Services office is closed on weekends, so cards cannot be issued on those days. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
