Enjoy sitting fireside on the lush lawns surrounded by towering trees and foliage after a day of hiking or exploring. A viewing balcony off the living space overlooks the pristine grounds and protective circle of timber. With quick access to downtown Sequim, this property is also near the Olympic Discovery Trail, Sequim Bay State Park, John Wayne Marina, the Olympic Game Park, and many great trailheads to venture out into the Olympic National Park. The ferry to Victoria, BC, is only a half-hour away, and the awe-inspiring Crescent Lake and the Olympic Lodge are less than an hour away by car. Out of respect for guests with allergies, this home is strictly pet-free. Smoking of any tobacco products, including marijuana, e-cigarettes, and vaping products, is not allowed in the house or on the property. Renters who do not comply with this policy may be asked to leave without a refund and may be assessed with a $300 smoke removal fee. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Overstaying will be penalized with $50 per hour. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 penalty fee and you are subject to immediate eviction. [SI]
