Two spacious bedrooms each feature two comfortable queen-size beds, providing ample space for families or groups. The welcoming living area includes a cozy sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's fantastic amenities. Relax and unwind in the beautiful swimming pool area, stay active in the modern, on-site fitness center, and enjoy the outdoor BBQ area and patio for grilling and enjoying an evening outdoors. Only one parking spot is available for just $20 per night. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Your apartment is in the heart of National Landing (Crystal City), a vibrant and well-connected neighborhood perfect for both business and leisure travel to the D.C. area. Enjoy great local dining with highly-rated options like Enjera Restaurant for authentic Ethiopian cuisine, Los Tios Grill for delicious Salvadoran and Tex-Mex dishes, and Crystal City Sports Pub for great American pub food. Fun bars and nightlife are also walkable, including Freddie's Beach Bar, a fun LGBTQ+-friendly bar with strong cocktails and karaoke, and Crystal City Sports Pub, perfect for watching a game with dozens of screens and a huge beer list. Iconic attractions are just a few Metro stops away, including the National Mall, home to the world-class Smithsonian Museums, and the profound Arlington National Cemetery. Guest screening is required for the safety and security of all residents and must be completed before arrival. Wristbands are required for pool entry and are available for a daily fee of $10. A $100 fee applies for lost wristbands. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. Smoking indoors is not allowed in any part of the unit or building, and smoking inside may result in a $300 fine. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Excessive noise or disturbances may affect your stay or the comfort of others. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. A late check-out will incur an additional cost. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, or any damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/access cards incur a $250 fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. A party on the property incurs a $300 fine. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Washcloths are not provided, and lost linens or apartment keys will incur an additional fee. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment to help maintain an optimal environment for everyone.
