The apartment includes two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, luxury mattresses, and walk-in wardrobes, each with a 55" flat screen Roku TV. Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a custom coffee station, as well as a full HE washer and dryer. This apartment offers the best amenities in SLC, including a heated rooftop pool and hot tubs open year-round, a bowling alley, a huge gym, a golf simulator, a pickleball court, pool tables, and co-working spaces. Each luxury space comes with a parking spot in the secure garage. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, rice cooker, and a dishwasher. A custom coffee station with an espresso machine and organic coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar is provided. The dining table seats six, and a high chair is available on request. Early check-in is guaranteed by 1pm and late check-out is at 12:30pm for a $30 fee. Housekeeping is available during your stay with options for daily, weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly cleanings. Extra concierge services such as shopping, errands, and dry-cleaning drop-off are available upon request. Located just 1 mile from the Salt Palace Convention Center and the Delta Center, this apartment is ideally situated for exploring the city. It is 8 miles from the SLC International Airport and less than 40 minutes to all the ski resorts in SLC and Park City. Temple Square and City Creek Mall are less than 5 minutes away. This apartment is near a train track, so there is some occasional noise. The property has a strict no-smoking or vaping policy with a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence. No pets are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon, with a minimum $200 fine. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am, with a $50 charge for late check-out in hourly increments. Guests must be 25 years or older to book, and all overnight guests must be included in the booking. Unregistered guests will incur a $100 fine per person. You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests, but no parties are allowed, with a minimum fine of $1000 for unapproved parties. Lost key fobs and parking passes incur charges of $150 and $250, respectively. Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge. The main bedroom includes a laptop-friendly workspace, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. A laptop computer is not included.
