As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the sleek and contemporary design, with brand new furnishings and stylish decor. The bedrooms feature brand new mattresses, guaranteeing a comfortable and restful night's sleep for all guests. Entertainment options abound with a pool table, Xbox, and smart TVs equipped with streaming channels and cable. The fully stocked kitchen is a dream for any aspiring chef or coffee enthusiast, complete with a drip coffee pot, Keurig, and French press. Step outside to discover your own private oasis with a heated pool and hot tub, outdoor seating, a swinging daybed, and a Yoder Smoker for grilling. The heated pool is available for $100 per night, only upon request. We recommend heating the pool between October and May each year. Please note that there is only one heater, so the pool and the spa cannot be heated at the same time. The hot tub does not have a blower. Whether you're a visitor from out of town or a local looking for a weekend getaway, this home provides the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and entertainment. Just 10 minutes to Downtown McKinney and 3 minutes to Trader Joe's and a variety of restaurants, you'll have everything you need within reach. Guests have access to the entire house, except for the locked owner's closet, via keypad entry. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. No parties are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. No pets are allowed. The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property. If you want the pool heated during your stay, please make sure to reach out before booking to ensure it will be an option. The jetted tub is not usable at the moment due to leaks in the jet lines. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. Includes Wi-Fi and smart TVs in all bedrooms, providing a remote work-friendly environment.
