For coffee enthusiasts, the villa is equipped with both a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker, catering to all preferences whether you crave a quick cup or love to savor a classic brew. The villa's prime positioning allows you to wake up to breathtaking ocean views and spend your days lounging on the beach, by the pool, or exploring the charming local area. Enjoy the convenience of pre-made beds and a premium linen package, featuring high-thread-count sheets and plush bath towels. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day, providing access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, golf, fitness center, and tennis. The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 2, and 1 golf cart. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community. Propane grilling is permitted on the deck only and cannot be on a unit wall. NO CHARCOAL. DeBordieu Colony is a very private oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, on the coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. The community offers miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. It's more than a vacation destination; it's also home to a small number of fortunate folks that enjoy the finest Low Country Lifestyle. No pets and no smoking are allowed on the premises. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book the property. The summer check-in day is Saturday. Please adhere to the no smoking and no pet policy set forth by the owner. The villa includes amenities such as wireless internet, a sundeck, TVs, VCRs, DVD, stereo, book library, outside shower, and garage. Enhanced cleaning, disinfection, and sanitization protocols are in place to ensure the wellbeing and safety of guests. Beach gear rentals are available with a credit of $35 a day for guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights. Available services include beach chair, beach umbrella, bicycle, and kayak rentals, grocery delivery, and babysitting arrangements.
