Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot per reservation is allowed for standard-size personal vehicles only; no trailers, boats, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, or oversize/commercial vehicles are permitted, and there is a $500 fine for violation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine.
