Feel at home in this spacious studio apartment. This apartment has a living area with a double bed for 2 guests and a gated pool on the property. Enjoy beautifully landscaped grounds with tropical greenery and a calm, coastal vibe. There are comfy beds with quality linens, a shared BBQ grill area, outdoor seating areas, and a Smart TV with streaming capabilities. Free parking is available on-site with your reservation. If you would like a 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay for an additional $25 by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure. There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet. This apartment is within walking distance of the beach and ample restaurants, nightlife, and attractions. It's also close to the Pompano Beach Pier. Spend the day at Pompano Beach, explore the Pompano Beach Fisher Family Pier, book a dive or snorkel trip, visit the Sample-McDougald House, or take a short drive to Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse. Local dining favorites include Beach House, Oceanic, Lucky Fish, Houston’s, and Cyth & Co. Shops and essentials are nearby, including Publix Supermarket, Pompano Citi Centre Mall, and boutique beach shops and surf stores along A1A. The apartment is about 30 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot per reservation is allowed for standard-size personal vehicles only; no trailers, boats, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, or oversize/commercial vehicles are permitted, and there is a $500 fine for violation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed; outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, and there is a $500 fine for violation. If you would like to bring a pet, you must inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to the pet policy. Checkout is at 11 AM, and failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. The property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video; no unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras is allowed, and there is a $1000 fine for violation. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered at all must first obtain permission. Once the stay has been completed, it is mandated that guests refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout. Includes a desk workspace with a seating area and free Wi-Fi. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras. There are 5 cameras installed outside the listing: 4 cameras overlooking the parking area and 1 camera overlooking the pool. This camera does not infringe upon any private area as it is only exterior. It is ON 24/7 during the reservation and captures/records audio and video. Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security.
