Enjoy a heated private waterfront pool and a north-facing dock with deep water access (use must be requested and approved in writing). A propane grill is provided, along with an exquisite outdoor fireplace and 8 sun loungers. Outdoor dining is available at a table that seats 6. For boating enthusiasts, a boat up to 50' in length is available for use, including 2 x 100 Amp, 2 x 50 Amp, and 2 x 30 Amp connections, a water hose, and tide slides. Note that owners reserve the right to occupy 60' of dock space on the left-end (West side). Located in The Landings, an exclusive deep-water access neighborhood, this villa is a boater's paradise, situated less than a couple of miles from the golden shores of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. The property is conveniently located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, between Miami and the Palm Beaches, with close proximity to major highways and Fort Lauderdale International Airport. Enjoy easy access to dining, shopping, activities, and entertainment on Las Olas Boulevard, and explore the "Venice of America" with its many marinas and opportunities for boat charters. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed in any of our properties, but is permitted on balconies or patios as long as the doors and windows are closed. Guests must submit an ID for access, and the minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request for a fee of $100 plus tax each. Guests are responsible for adhering to proper garbage routines. Parties are NOT permitted. The garage is locked and not available for guest use. A maximum of 4 cars are allowed, with no on-street parking. Guests are responsible for any lost or unreturned keys, with a charge of $50 per key plus locksmith costs if necessary. Forgotten items shipped to guests will incur a $50 fee plus shipping costs. Guests are advised that security cameras may be on the exterior of the property and are not to be tampered with or covered.
