Experience luxury and feel at home in this private 4-bedroom villa at Magic Village Yards, steps from Disney in a gated community. This villa sleeps 8 and features 4.5 baths. Sunlight streams through the balcony onto the patio. This family-friendly living room features a flat-screen TV and comfortable couches. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances and all the cookware needed. There are indoor and outdoor dining tables. A free washer and dryer are included. A grill is available on the private patio, and a $30 cleaning fee applies to keep the grill in top shape. The community provides a pool, fitness center, volleyball and tennis courts; a $100 + tax extra fee per group per day is charged only if you use the clubhouse facilities. There is a shuttle upon request at concierge with a fee. Located in the heart of Orlando, this villa is just an 8-minute drive to Disney World, 20 minutes to Sea World, and 30 minutes to Universal Studios. A variety of dining options are only a couple of miles away. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. In the kitchen, there is a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence. Our grills are propane grills, and propane is provided by the guests. There is a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. No part of the exterior of the property should be used as a drying or hanging area for laundry of any kind, including hanging laundry over walls, fences, balconies, or other supports.
