Experience luxury and feel at home at this private villa in Magic Village Yards, a gated community just minutes from Disney parks. This villa sleeps 8 and features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. This villa features a free washer and dryer, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and indoor and outdoor dining areas for family meals. The open-plan living area flows into the dining spaces. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed. The bathrooms feature modern fixtures and ample towels. Enjoy access to the pool, gym, volleyball, and tennis courts for an extra fee. There is a shuttle upon request at concierge with a fee. A cleaning fee of $30 applies to keep the grill in top condition. Access to the community pool and fitness center requires an extra fee of $100 + tax per group per day, payable only if you choose to use the clubhouse facilities. Located in Magic Village Views, a gated community just eight minutes from Disney World, this villa is also within easy reach of Sea World (20 minutes) and Universal Studios (30 minutes). A short drive brings you to a variety of family-friendly restaurants and shopping options, while the community’s own amenities keep daily needs close at hand. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence. Please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Our grills are propane grills, and propane is provided by the guests. There is a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival. We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at any given time. There is one space designated in front of the home with the unit number painted on the ground. There are spaces throughout the community that do not have a painted number and can be used by guests. We cannot guarantee additional spot availability. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. No part of the exterior of the property should be used as a drying or hanging area for laundry of any kind, including hanging laundry over walls, fences, balconies, or other supports.
