No parties or events are allowed. Illegal activity is prohibited on the property. To prevent pests, do not leave food sitting out. Keep the house reasonably clean. If something is damaged by accident, inform the host immediately. Keep noise down at night to respect neighbors. Do not move furniture, inside or out. Grill only downstairs on the patio, never on the deck, and clean the grill after use. Rinse sand off with the downstairs shower and leave sandy shoes at the door or on the deck. Do not flush feminine products or anything that could harm the septic system. Do not pour grease down any drain. If something breaks, inform the host; damage from careless behavior may incur costs.
