Despite its secluded feel, the property is conveniently located a short drive from Front Royal, known as the 'Canoe Capital of Virginia,' offering access to river activities, hiking in Shenandoah National Park, and local wineries and historic sites. Access to the home is via a well-maintained gravel road; 4WD or AWD is recommended from November to April. A signed waiver is required before using the hot tub. This is a non-smoking property, and smoking inside will result in a $500 cleaning fee plus any damage costs. Events are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, with a $500 fee for the first disturbance after a warning and potential cancellation. Unauthorized pets or pets over the weight limit may incur a $300 charge. Dogs or children under 18 should never be left alone on the property, violation results in a $250 fee. Dogs must be leashed and stay on the property or main road, violation results in a $150 charge. All trash must be bagged before placing it in the dumpster, failure to do so results in a $100 cleanup fee. Extra vehicles or off-driveway parking will incur a $75 per vehicle per day charge and towing may be enforced.
