The villa includes a living room, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, an outdoor patio with a grill and loungers, and a balcony with loungers overlooking the community. You'll also have access to a free washer and dryer. Access to the community outdoor pool and fitness center is available for an extra fee of $100 plus tax per group per day. To book your pass, go directly to the concierge. There is a shuttle upon request at concierge with a fee. Propane for the grill is provided by the guests; a propane tank is in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay, but it is not guaranteed to be full upon arrival. Located in the heart of Orlando, this villa is just 8 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World, and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. Everything you need is at your fingertips, but if you venture out, you'll find world-class meals at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. The villa is also just 2 minutes from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please note no part of the exterior of the property should be used as a drying or hanging area for laundry of any kind, including hanging laundry over walls, fences, balconies, or other supports. Report damages immediately. The maximum number of guests that can be accommodated at any given time is 8. There is one parking space designated in front of the home with the unit number painted on the ground; additional cars can park in spaces throughout the community that do not have a painted number, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
