The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features a kitchen island with seating for 2. The living area is spacious and filled with natural sunlight, with couches and sofas for plenty of seating, a coffee table, designer decor, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. All bedrooms feature nightstands, bedside lamps, and decorative artwork. Free parking is available to guests. A laundry room with a washer and a dryer is available for your use. Heating the pool and spa is an extra feature and available upon request and can only be activated during daytime hours; heating is not permitted at night. $150 initial heating cost will apply + $60 per day to maintain pool temperature at all times. You also have the option to heat just the spa for $120 initial heating cost and $40 per day to maintain the temperature. Keep in mind the pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay).
