Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $75 per pet per stay for up to two housebroken dogs. The private pool is available for seasonal use and may be closed during colder months, while the hot tub is available year-round. Ample on-site parking is ideal for guests with multiple vehicles. This smoke-free home requires smoking to be done outside, with proper disposal of butts. Smoking inside will incur a cost of smoke remediation, which can run more than $1,000. Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless pre-arranged. Unregistered overnight guests will incur a $50 fee per night. Late check-outs without pre-approval will result in a $100 fee, and if more than 90 minutes late, the greater of $250 or the full rate for another night will be charged. Bathroom towels should not be used to clean bikes, and the fireplace is not available for guest use. Exterior cameras are installed for safety and security. Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 8:00.
