The small dining table and chairs provide a cozy spot for enjoying meals together or planning your daily adventures. Clean linens and towels are provided for your comfort, ensuring a relaxing stay. Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $300 per month, with a rate of $350 per month from June 1st to October 1st. All pets must be approved in advance, with a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. The furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online, as updates and refreshes occur periodically. Check-out time is by 11 AM, and guests are asked to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before leaving.
