This brand-new apartment features a king-size bed and is fully furnished with ceramic floors, electronic door locks, European-style cabinetry, and modern-style designer fixtures and faucets. The studio offers a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and TVs. Parking is available at the condo for $42 a day, or you can issue a public parking pass for $110 per month plus taxes, which allows you to park on any street or city parking lot. A pack-n-play crib is available upon request. One pet per unit is welcome for free, but fees may apply for additional pets. The condo has a 25 lbs restriction for pets (doesn’t apply to esa). Located in the lively community of Hollywood Beach along North Ocean Drive, this apartment puts you at the heart of the action. Within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and the beach, you can enjoy activities such as jet skiing, fishing, sailing, and biking. South Beach and Miami are a short drive away. The Broadwalk, paved with bricks, features bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. Swimming is at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to prevent condensation and property damage. Check-in is any time after 4 pm, and check-out is any time before 11 am. An early check-in or late check-out may be available upon inquiry. ?Registration fee: $50 (one time only).?Parking is not included in the listing. No car needed but if you need a parking space: You can either park your car at the condo for $42 a day or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for only $110 plus taxes.
