Laundry facilities are available in the basement. Wi-Fi and all utilities, including heat, hot water, and gas/electricity, are included. Situated in the vibrant Upper East Side neighborhood, the apartment places you right in the center of the action. Explore bustling streets filled with local cafes, trendy boutiques, and renowned landmarks just steps away. The apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, with no commercial use. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Check-out is at 11:00 AM, and all dishes should be placed in the kitchen sink and all trash in the trashcans before departure. Mail cannot be received at this address, so consider opening a PO Box. A laptop computer is not included. Kindly note that a $350 refundable security deposit is required and will be collected directly by the partner after your booking is confirmed. The security deposit will be handled through direct communication with the partner and is not processed automatically.
