Santa Rosa Beach, including the area around 424 East Nursery Road, has limited public transportation options, with personal vehicles being the primary mode of transit. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, and the Walton County Transportation Service offers limited routes. Biking can be a viable option for short trips, as the area features several bike-friendly paths and lanes. However, having access to a personal vehicle or utilizing ride-sharing services remains the most practical means of transportation. The backyard and hot tub areas are off-limits. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from the property. Guests must be 21 years of age or older at the time of booking. Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home. Smoking is prohibited, and guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after checkout. Pets are not allowed at this property. No events or vendors are permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests are to leave keys as required in the House Manual. Guests agree to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time. If late check-out is required and approved by the host, the Guest agrees to pay a $25 late check-out fee for each extended hour of stay. Guests must notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Guests are to use rails when using stairs, no running, or horseplay, and children will need to be accompanied when using stairs. Guests should wear shoes and watch where they step in yards. Maximum occupants are the number of guests noted in the booking unless approved in writing by the host/manager. Exceeding occupancy will result in immediate eviction without refund. Guests agree to pay a charge of $20 per person/per day for every visitor not identified in the reservation. Guests agree to pay any damage made by guests or their visitors to the property and property furnishings, fixtures, or furniture. No eating of food in any bedroom to prevent pests and linen damage. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks/door hardware under any circumstances. Guests are to be respectful of neighbors, and shall keep noise to a minimum while in back or front yards. All items in kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are to be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Housekeeping will wash all laundry. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. Dragging chairs/tables on hardwood floors will leave scratches on hardwood. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. If cleaning up after a party or damaged areas, actual damage and cleaning hours will be assessed.
