Complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, and fees may apply. Pets are not allowed at this vacation rental. Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. A security camera is present at the front door for security, and tampering with it is prohibited. There is a fire pit on site for guest use. Guests are asked to bring their own supplies, extinguish any flames or coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect. If any furniture is moved, it should be placed back in the original space where it was found. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key.
