There is a full kitchen with all of the basic amenities necessary for cooking a home cooked meal. Upstairs has a king-size bedroom, another full bathroom, and another bedroom with two twins. The outdoor deck looks out over a fully fenced yard and has a table and chairs for enjoying the weather while watching kids and pets play. Free Wi-Fi is included. A Pack-N-Play and vacuum are available upon request. This home features a fenced yard, perfect for kids and pets. Centrally located less than fifteen minutes from downtown, the Legacy Museum, and the Rosa Parks Museum, this home is also just six miles from the new White Water Park. This home is located in the Forest Hills district of Montgomery, close to food, shops, attractions, and museums. This is a residential area, so driving is recommended, but Uber and Lyft are available as well. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets are permitted at this home and require a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
