The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless appliances, granite countertops, and an accessible coffee bar with both drip and K-cup coffee makers. Enjoy indoor dining for two or waterfront patio dining for four. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and Smart TVs. The bathroom includes a fresh vanity and a tub/shower combo. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer are provided. A coin-operated laundry room is available next to your assigned parking spot. Basic iron furniture is provided on the patio, with plans for an upgrade. A shared dock is available for fishing, sunrise coffee, or stargazing. Located on the north peak of Bluefish Drive, this waterfront condo offers a quiet, tucked-away setting while remaining close to everything. It's a short walk to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf via Beach Access 1 and 2. The neighborhood blends a laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere with easy access to local favorites like the Okaloosa Island Pier and The Boardwalk. Nearby attractions include the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, downtown Fort Walton Beach, and Destin's HarborWalk Village, all just a short drive away. Check-in time is 4pm or after. Check-out time is 10am. Guests are required to communicate their arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. Due to the tropical climate, tropical insects, amphibians, and aquatic species may be encountered. The property is treated regularly for pests, but encounters are possible, especially during storms. Water moccasins may be seen near rocks. Swimming in the bay is at your own risk. Guests must remove shoes inside the home. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed. Events and vendors are prohibited. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, especially in yards. Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for reporting any hazards within 2 hours of check-in. Children are not child-proofed, and parents are responsible for child-proofing. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property. Host or Host's Agent may enter the property at any time in case of emergency, or with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable for personal items left behind. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by violating house rules. The cost to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to dispose of food in the trash can and use the garbage disposal only for small food remnants.
