All linens and towels are provided, except for pool towels. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, equipped with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. House-trained pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet, which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8 or more guests. This peaceful Denton neighborhood offers a serene, family-friendly atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a relaxing stay.
