The private, inviting bathroom is stocked with all the essentials so you can settle in without worry. The unit includes one dedicated parking spot. Guests will need to print the parking pass, and detailed instructions will be provided at check-in. Pets are permitted with prior approval based on size and breed, with a pet fee of $20 per night. There is a limit of two pets, and only cats or dogs are allowed. If pets are brought without prior notification, a $500 fee will apply. Early check-in or check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $35 for up to two hours, with prior authorization required. A $500 late check-out fee applies if delayed beyond the agreed time. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. Noise monitors are installed in the unit, measuring sound levels and incurring a fee if tampered with. Security cameras are placed in hallways for safety. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. Violations may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. A strict no-party policy is enforced, with cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If a party occurs, the police will be called, and everyone will be removed from the property without refunds. Unauthorized guests are not allowed, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited on this property, including balconies and around the building. A fine of $500 will be imposed for any signs of smoking. Regular pest control is conducted, but due to seasonal changes and the hot summer heat, occasional small bugs may be noticed. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in a state that necessitates extra cleaning. The parking pass needs to be printed, and responsibility for parking violations lies with the guest. Keys must be kept on you, as some stays have auto-locking doors. Includes an office desk and chair, high-speed Wi-Fi, and reading lamps for a productive work-from-home experience. A laptop computer is not included.
