There is a mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, for 10 people or wristbands, applicable whether amenities are used or not. The resort provides a maximum of 10 wristbands at guest services. Located next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, it is just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, contact us immediately upon check-in for restocking.
