There is a mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, for 10 people with wristbands provided by the resort. This fee applies whether amenities are used or not. Regal Palms Resort Orlando offers a quiet retreat where you can spread out and enjoy spacious accommodations. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club and just minutes from Orlando's excitement, this community is perfect for guests looking for a home away from home feel, combining a wide array of activities and relaxing amenities. Feel safe with 24-hour security as you enter the gated community. Self check-in and check-out are available for your convenience. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. The property is not baby-proofed, and we welcome children of all ages. Please be aware of occasional construction in the resort, which does not impact the clubhouse amenities. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside or outside the property. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood by minimizing noise outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the property, and damages should be reported immediately. Violations of these rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
