Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, guests must keep noise to a minimum. Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times. This property is equipped with noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. If a smoke detector is tampered with, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. We welcome up to two pets per reservation, each weighing under 35 lbs. A fee of $49 per pet is charged for stays of 1–6 nights, with additional charges for longer stays. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Guests will check in independently using a smart lock or lockbox. Unauthorized late checkouts are considered trespassing and may result in additional charges or police involvement. All guests agree that the unit is to be used strictly for short-term, transient lodging only. If we suspect a guest is attempting to use the property for residential purposes, we may require proof of residence and reserve the right to cancel the stay immediately without refund.
