The home is self-catering, with a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning products provided. A Ring camera is located by the front door. Guests agree and acknowledge that Windsor Island Resort will have areas of ongoing construction. Guests should be mindful of any construction vehicles and debris. This does not impact the clubhouse as amenities are fully open and available for use. Guests agree to pay $35 per day for pool and/or hot tub heating, which must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 16 guests are accommodated at any given time.
