After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Report damages immediately. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. By booking this reservation, guests agree and acknowledge that Windsor Island Resort will have areas of ongoing construction, but this does not impact the clubhouse as amenities are fully open and available for use. Check-out time is 10AM, and staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room enough detergent pods are provided for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, but coffee is not.
