Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. The fireplace is wood-burning, and guests are asked to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. Noise level monitoring is in place to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Pet cleaning fees may apply, and pets should be discussed in advance.
