The Marsh House is equipped with a gourmet kitchen, Cuisinart, gas grill, TVs, HDTV, washer, dryer, stereo, and high-speed wireless internet. The upstairs game room provides additional entertainment options, and an outside shower is available for your convenience. Premade beds and a luxury linen package, including sheets, hand towels, bathmats, washcloths, and bath towels, are included to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy a range of available services, including beach gear rentals with a $50 daily credit for stays of 3 to 21 nights. Beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks are available for rent. Additional services such as grocery delivery, in-home chef services, and babysitting can be arranged. The home also offers a Sports Membership, granting access to two community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis, and the Pete Dye golf course for a fee of $200 per day. Car passes are required and cost $20 per car, with a maximum of six cars allowed. Situated in the private oceanfront gated community of DeBordieu Colony, near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this home offers a unique blend of natural beauty and luxury. The community features miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. DeBordieu is conveniently located between Charleston and Myrtle Beach, providing easy access to a variety of attractions and activities. This property enforces a no-smoking and no-pet policy. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. The maximum number of cars allowed is six, and car passes must be displayed visibly at all times. No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM. Check-in day during the summer is Friday.
