The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, cookware, silverware, toaster, Keurig coffee and tea, air fryer, slow cooker, and more. Enjoy the large upper floor balcony and a fully fenced backyard, perfect for pets. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet. Please inform us if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. The pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation. Lake Forest Park is a charming suburban neighborhood featuring quaint shops and a variety of dining options, conveniently located about 20 minutes from Seattle city center. The best way to explore this area is by car. The entire home is included in this rental except for the garage, with guest access granted via a smart lock. Fireplaces on both levels are not available for guest use. This is a pet-friendly home, but pets should not be allowed on furniture or linens, and should not be left unattended. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am, and there is a strict no parties, no smoking, and no vaping policy, with a $500 fine per violation. Use of the fire pit and charcoal grill is prohibited during the burn ban.
