The lower floor, a walk-out basement, features a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a laundry room, and a sitting area with backyard views and a piano. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, cookware, silverware, a toaster, a Keurig coffee and tea maker, an air fryer, a slow cooker, and more. Enjoy the large, fully fenced backyard, perfect for pets, and ample parking space. Well-trained pets are welcome with a $50 per night pet fee. Please inform us if you’ll be bringing a pet and how many. The pet fee for more than one pet is processed manually after reservation confirmation. Lake Forest Park is a charming suburban neighborhood with quaint shops and a variety of dining options, conveniently located about 20 minutes from Seattle city center. The best way to explore the area is by car. The entire home is included in this rental, except for the garage, with guest access provided via a smart lock. Fireplaces on both levels are not available for guest use. The detached garage is not part of the rental, but there is plenty of parking available. Strictly no parties or events are allowed, with quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. A $500 fine applies per violation. Use of the fire pit and charcoal grill is prohibited during the burn ban.
