With a fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your favorite meals with ease. The living area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration, and the ping pong table adds a fun touch to your stay. The apartment accommodates one dog under 50 lbs with a $100 nonrefundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of. St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city, and Lincolnville boasts the largest concentration of late Victorian-era buildings in the city, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. A security camera is installed at the front door, and tampering with it may result in reservation cancellation. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a $50 per hour fee.
