All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. This backyard has something for everyone. Guests will be able to park their vehicles in the driveway and be able to utilize the laundry room as well. The home is located in the North Mountain neighborhood of Phoenix. This area is known for its beautiful desert landscapes, proximity to hiking spots like the North Mountain and Shaw Butte, and a mix of residential homes with easy access to local shops and restaurants. It’s a peaceful neighborhood with a suburban feel, yet still close to downtown Phoenix for all the city amenities. The home is 16 miles or 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). You can consider using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, which are widely available in Phoenix. Additionally, the area is well-served by major roadways, making personal vehicle travel straightforward. Guests will have access to the entire home including the laundry and backyard. No parties or events are allowed, with a $1,000 fine for violations. No smoking inside the apartment, with a $500 fine for violations. No loud noise or disturbing the neighbors during quiet hours, with a $1,000 fine for violations. Please be quiet when entering and leaving the building and unit.
