Fully furnished with all your needs, the intricate kitchen features custom granite countertops and brand-new stainless-steel appliances, with all the amenities to enjoy a home-cooked cuisine with family and friends. Separated by a mini bar, the lounge area is designed to unwind and relax after enjoying a long day of Florida’s most sought-after adventures. Each room is intentionally modeled to ensure you and up to 12 guests enjoy a stay that feels like a home-away-from-home. Featuring a total of 8 beds throughout the home, you'll find 3 king-size beds, a queen-size and 5 twin beds perfect for all your guests to sleep comfortably and soundly. Enjoy the fully furnished outdoor patio which features a view of the pool, with surrounding lounge chairs for sunbathing and an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after your fun-filled day in the sun. Plenty of space for on-site parking. If you would like to heat the pool, you must give 24 hours notice and pay in full prior to us turning the heat on. We charge $50 per day for the pool heater to be turned on. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, light cleaning supplies, garbage bags, sponges, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs. If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. Mailbox access is not available for guests. While we love all furry friends, we only allow dogs at this property. The hot tub heater works, but jets do not. We provide keyless entry with digital door locks. Our digital locks let you arrive and check yourselves in, but we’re here if you need us. Message us if you need anything during your stay.
