Boutiques, souvenir shops, Fun Plaza Arcade, and Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum are also nearby. For same day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Pest Control Service days are scheduled the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25 per item for replacement. Grilling is prohibited and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens.
