Violation of pool rules is subject to a $100 fine, and after-hour use of the pool is subject to a $500 fine. Each guest that enters the apartment over the number of guests shown in your booking is subject to a fee of $25 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances, and any instance of breaking these rules will result in your booking being immediately canceled.
