Get an authentic taste of Portlandia with local restaurants, markets, and shops all within walking distance. Blazing fast Wi-Fi is great for streaming or for those who need to get some work done. Check-out is by 11AM with self check-in using a keypad. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, and smoking tobacco or marijuana inside will result in a $150 penalty. Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines per host discretion and immediate eviction. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150 per guest penalty. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. Any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. Lost, missing, or otherwise unreturned keys are subject to a $100 fee. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee. Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
