While portions of the home have been updated, guests should expect a cozy mountain-home feel with some older finishes and dated elements in parts of the property. Guests will have full private access to their side of the duplex, including the attached 2-car garage, multiple living spaces, deck, yard areas, and all bedrooms. Approved pets are welcome with a fee of $20/day per pet, and ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Monthly pet fees are $75 per month, per pet. Guests must clean up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets.
