This home features multiple living areas, a large bunk room with air hockey, a reading nook/library, a shaded deck with a hammock, and mountain views throughout the surrounding area. While portions of the home have been updated, guests should expect a cozy mountain-home feel with some older finishes and dated elements in parts of the property. Guests will have full private access to their side of the duplex, including the attached 2-car garage, multiple living spaces, deck, yard areas, and all bedrooms. A 2-car garage is available. Approved pets are welcome for $20/day per pet, with a $250 fee for undisclosed or unauthorized pets. Monthly pet fees are $75 per month, per pet. ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests must clean up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour with 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged $50 per hour. This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning. Quiet hours consist of keeping all audio and noise levels at a minimum level out of respect for the neighbors. We provide an initial supply of paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents. Any additional supplies needed during your stay are the guest's responsibility to purchase. Host is not responsible for any lost items. To recover an item, please contact guest services via the booking platform. We can ship items back for a $20 service fee plus the cost of materials and shipping, payable in advance. Items left behind will be held for 14 days; after this period, they are considered abandoned. Please survey the home upon arrival and report with photos any pre-existing damage or cleanliness issues within 4 hours of check-in. After this grace period, the guest accepts the property's condition and may be held responsible for any damages found after check-out. For all other lockouts, guests are responsible for hiring a locksmith at their own expense. If a member of the host's team is dispatched to assist, a $75 service fee will be charged. Moving furniture is not allowed. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. Booking on behalf of others is strictly prohibited. The person who books must be the person staying. Any exceptions require prior written approval from the host via the booking platform. Any items missing or broken must be reported to the host.
