A Roku Streamer Box is available for your entertainment, and an AC window unit will be installed around Memorial Weekend. The minimum stay is 30 days, with a potential increase to 90 days between June 1st and September 1st. All check-ins must be coordinated at least 48 hours in advance, with a late check-in fee of $50 after 9 PM and $100 after midnight. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but you can receive packages without any issue. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in to ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone. Smoking, pets, and parties are not allowed.
