Guests staying between 30-59 days will have a $350 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If this cap is exceeded by more than $25, reimbursement is required. For stays of 60 days or more, guests are responsible for utility usage except for Wi-Fi and security system. The house is located in a wooded area where wildlife such as deer and squirrels are common. In the rare event of seeing a mouse inside, contact our trusted partner immediately. Laundry facilities are in the basement, requiring the use of stairs. Snow removal is not provided unless more than 3 to 4 inches accumulate in one day, but snow shovels are available. Lawn maintenance is provided during spring, summer, and fall. Extra blankets are available, but no extra pillows are provided.
