Checkout is at 10 am unless approved in advance. If the cleaning team arrives and is unable to access the property due to a delayed checkout, a $50 cleaner trip fee will apply. There is an additional fee of $25 per extra person, per night for each additional guest beyond the property's bed count. All payments are nonrefundable; cancellations within 24 hours of booking confirmation will be refunded minus applicable fees. Cancellations after 24 hours of booking confirmation or within 24 hours of check-in will forfeit all payments.
