You'll be surrounded by local favorites, including coffee shops, bars, and restaurants, and near Mardi Gras parade routes. The townhouse is also 10 minutes to Caesars Superdome and Harrah’s Casino, and 5 minutes to City Park, NOMA, and Botanical Gardens. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. Renters who exceed the maximum occupancy and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before their stay. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am.
