This home features a private pool with optional heat and hot tub, a game room with a pool table, ping pong table, and games, themed kids' rooms (Harry Potter and Mickey), and a cinema-worthy loft. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there are indoor and outdoor dining spaces. A free washer and dryer are available for your convenience. If you would like to add pool and spa heating, it is available for $35 per day of usage. Located in the Windsor Island community of Davenport, this home is a short drive to the major attractions: Disney World (20-25 minutes), SeaWorld (30 minutes) and Universal Studios (35 minutes). Guests also receive free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum guest count is 15 at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. By booking this reservation, guests agree and acknowledge that Windsor Island Resort will have areas of ongoing construction. A camera is located by the front door, another one pointing to the driveway and a last one pointing to the pool equipment for security purposes. Please make sure that we have a list of First and Last names of all guests ages 18 and older. Remember everyone over 18 should bring a valid government-issued I.D. The individual who booked the reservation must be present to show their I.D. when checking in with the security guard at the community entrance. [SI]
