This home is designed for a fun and relaxing vacation, blending Disney magic with comfort. This home is packed with fun and comfort, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two spacious dining areas, and a cozy, cinema-worthy loft for family movie nights. The six bedrooms offer a haven of comfort, with themed rooms for younger guests and comfortable sleeping arrangements for all. Enjoy a private pool and hot tub, with the option to heat the pool for an additional $35 per day of usage, requested in writing a week prior to check-in. Free access to the community water park is also included. This is a pet-friendly home. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway and one on the street. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. Located in the Windsor Island community, this home is a short drive from world-famous attractions like Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, offering easy access to the magic while enjoying the quiet of a residential neighborhood. The Windsor Island Resort itself boasts first-class amenities, including a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & picnic area, and a clubhouse with arcades, a bar, and lounge. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Guests should be mindful of potential ongoing construction in the Windsor Island Resort area. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 15 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway; overflow parking is available on Lava Tree Dr. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. Violations of any rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Check-out time is 10 AM. A list of first and last names of all guests ages 18 and older, along with a valid government-issued ID for the booking individual, is required for check-in with the security guard. The loft area offers an ideal spot for relaxing after a long day at the theme parks. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests can choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) which covers accidental damages. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering; initial supplies of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hand soap, detergent pods (for up to two loads), a paper towel roll, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. Coffee, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Cameras are installed by the front door, pointing to the driveway, and pointing to the pool equipment for security purposes. [SI]
