Experience a magical family retreat and feel at home in this property just minutes from Orlando’s top theme parks. This home sleeps 14 and features 6 themed bedrooms and 5 baths. This home features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and indoor/outdoor dining. Enjoy access to a free washer and dryer, a game room with a pool table, ping pong, and arcade games. There are two large living areas, and the upstairs loft adds a cinema-worthy spot for movie nights. Step outside to a private pool with the option to add heat, surrounded by comfortable loungers and patio furniture. A hot tub invites relaxation under the stars, and community amenities include free access to a water park and an amenity center/clubhouse for extra recreation. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. Located in the Windsor Island community of Davenport, you’re just 20–25 minutes from Disney World, 30 minutes from SeaWorld, and 35 minutes from Universal Studios. The convenient distance lets you explore the magic of Orlando while returning to a tranquil, family-focused home base. The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just eight miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. By booking this reservation, guests agree and acknowledge that Windsor Island Resort will have areas of ongoing construction. Please make sure that we have a list of First and Last names of all guests ages 18 and older. Remember everyone over 18 should bring a valid government-issued I.D. The individual who booked the reservation must be present to show their I.D. when checking in with the security guard at the community entrance. This is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence. We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray! We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera by the front door, another one pointing to the driveway and a last one pointing to our pool equipment.
