The property features three security cameras located outside, ensuring privacy within the interior and hot tub zone. Guests are expected to respect house rules, including quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am, no events or parties, and no smoking or vaping in the home or on the decks. An additional charge applies if smoking evidence is found. Exterior lights should be turned off at night to preserve the dark skies. A maximum of four licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs is permitted on the property. Guests must clean off before using the hot tub, with additional cleaning fees applicable if necessary.
