The apartment does not come with air conditioning. There are two outdoor pools open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Housekeeping is provided once per week during complete week stays, with supplemental cleaning available for an additional fee of $40 to $50 per day. A no-smoking policy is enforced with a $200 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine plus cleaning costs for violations.
