The inviting living spaces include a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and 3 comfortable bedrooms. Max 2 dogs are allowed with a $125 flat fee. Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats allowed. Step outside to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Relax in the hammock, gather around the fire pit, or fire up the propane grill for a cookout. The long driveway provides plenty of parking, and the front porch with chairs is a perfect spot for your morning coffee. Keep noise to a minimum when outside. Decibel readers are used to monitor levels, with quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. No smoking inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation, but smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking, drug use, parties, large gatherings, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Violating house rules or those of the community will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed and should bring their own charcoal for the grill. Shoes should be removed indoors to help keep the home clean.
